I don’t believe that we can wait any longer for more catastrophies to occur, as continues in CA  and Nevada over recent years. Calls for action are essential if anything is to occur on a scale necessary to make a difference in our state. If politics and unreasonable approaches to resource management by some federal agencies continue to be fronted, Nevada has no choice but to make its voice heard collectively and loudly to challenge these proposals.  The same is true of other western states. What can we do to make a difference beyond where we are today?” – JM
