Kingswood Residents is located on the California side of lake Tahoe in the Kingswood Estate subdivision; 3/4 mile up 267 from Highway 28 in Kingswood.
With a grant from Placer County, and The Southern Nevada Public Lands Act the chapter completed a fuels reduction project in the common areas of the community and participated in the rebate program to create defensible space around the homes.
