On January 24th 2008, the Nevada Fire Safe Council welcomed Montgomery Estates as the 86th official chapter. The chapter is located in Eldorado County, California, in the Cold Creek watershed and adjacent to the City of South Lake Tahoe. B eginning on May 1 2008, members of this chapter will be eligible for a rebate of up to $1000 for fuels reduction work on residential properties. Funds are limited.
