The O.R.R. Chapter of the Nevada Fire Safe Council is located just off of Interstate 80 in Pershing County near the Rye Patch recreation area between Lovelock and Winnemucca. The O.R.R. Chapter encompasses the communities of Oreana, Rochester and Rye Patch. The O.R.R. Chapter became the 47th Chapter of the Nevada Fire Safe Council on February 23, 2006.
