Grants
The Nevada Fire Safe Council works with affiliated communities to identify and administer grant funding to reduce the risk of catastrophic loss due to wildfire. Over 80% of our chapters have received grant funding from many federal, state, local and private sources. The Nevada Fire Safe Council staff continuously seeks new funding sources to provide financial assistance and incentives for private property owners. However, formal Chapter affiliation with our organization does not guarantee grant assistance for any community.
