5.		Approval of Invoices: Storey County Fire Department - $10,000 – VC Highlands	Pat Murphy	Per NVFSC financial policies, any invoice in excess of $10,000 must be approved by the Board of Directors. The Board is asked to approve the invoice attached hereto.
6.		New Chapter Affiliation: Jeffrey Pines #91	Pat Murphy	The Jeffery Pines Chapter is located in Washoe Valley on the Sierra Front.
7.		New Chapter Affiliation: Tionontati/Player #92	Jess Mahnken	The Tionotati/Player Chapter is located in El Dorado County, California, near Pioneer Trail and adjacent of the North Mandan Chapter.

9.		September 2008 Board of Directors Meeting	Candace	The Board will be asked to select a location for the 2008 September Board of Directors meeting, which is normally held away from Carson City. Past locations have included Mt. Charleston (2005), the UNR Fire Academy (2006) and Lake Tahoe (2007).
